Create your own healing group.
Discover the SCULPT Recovery Kit, a groundbreaking somatic system designed for groups of 8-12 participants. It operationalizes the reprogramming of the past, transforming traumatic imagery into a nutrient-rich potted garden. Ideal for community centers, therapy groups, and schools seeking innovative trauma intervention.
The SCULPT recovery kit
Grounded in somatic and creative processing, our kit guides groups through a unique journey of deconstruction, integration, creation, and growth. It's a powerful tool for psychological healing and ecological restoration.
Deconstructing the narrative
Participants create a concise collage of past trauma, then physically tear and liquefy it into a fine paper pulp using a high-speed blender, a powerful metaphor for narrative dissolution.
Integrating new beginnings
The paper pulp is systematically mixed with wildflower and vegetable seeds. A portion of this slurry is then placed into a pot of soil, symbolizing the reintroduction of past material into fertile ground.
Cultivating future growth
Participants sculpt a supportive symbol from red clay, placing it in the pot. As the mixture is tended, the symbol dissolves, establishing a concrete, visible representation of future growth.
From debris to nurture
The SCULPT Recovery Kit embodies the profound metaphor of turning "debris into nurture." Traumatic prints (carbon-based material) are reintegrated into new soil, becoming a physical nutrient for native Minnesota flora. This process ensures recovery is both psychologically potent and environmentally restorative.
What's included in your kit?
Each kit is engineered for immediate deployment, facilitating an 8-12 person group intervention. It includes a high-speed blender, 60 curated trauma prints, 12 small pots, red clay, potting soil, 3 marker sets, 6 glue sticks, and a detailed Facilitator Manual File for step-by-step clinical guidance. (Note: Scissors are not included for clinical safety protocols).
Experience the process
The intervention follows our structured, four-stage "Pulp Moon" process. Participants move from initial expression and deconstruction of their narrative to tangible integration and creation of new growth. This journey fosters empowerment and allows individuals to physically manifest their healing journey, culminating in a visible symbol of hope.
